Simba reminded me of when a toddler says his first word. Its a special moment that should not be missed. Simba is like my toddler. He is still learning how to grow up and be a cat. And I'm watching him progress everyday.
He recently has an urge to go outside. He has never went towards the front door before. He bolted out the door, on to the porch, and stopped. He froze and acted like he didn't know what to do next. A truck went by and Simba hissed at the truck, like it would scare the truck away. Then in a split second he turned around, whipping his claws out and running into the house. He ran straight to my room and hid under my bed.
I love the truck story. Have you seen those cat perch window things? They're like bubble windows for cats to sit in so they can feel like they're outside. Do you know the physiology of purring? Do any other animals purr? Do lions? I have so many questions.
ReplyDeleteI found a wedsite that tell you all the animals that can purr and how they purr. I was surprised at some of the animals that can.
